I’m passionate about helping individuals navigate their unique journeys toward growth and fulfillment. With over 20 years in the helping profession, I’ve dedicated my career to fostering physical and emotional development in those I work with.
I earned my BS in Human Development and Lifespan Studies from SUNY Oswego and my MSW from Syracuse University. I am a licensed clinician in both New York and Connecticut, combining deep expertise with a genuine commitment to making meaningful connections with my clients.
My journey began in nonprofit organizations in Upstate New York, where I developed a foundation rooted in supporting individuals seeking change. My love for education led me to leadership roles in higher education, including serving as Assistant Director of Health and Wellness at Mitchell College and Director of Counseling and Disability Services at the University of Bridgeport. After almost 10 years in these roles, I returned to the Hudson Valley in 2015, where I began building my private practice.
Continuing education is central to my work and personal growth and I strive to educate myself within the systems that fit my values and passions. In addition to my clinical expertise, I’m a Certified Nutrition Coach through Precision Nutrition and hold life coaching certifications in New York and Connecticut. These credentials allow me to approach well-being from a holistic perspective, blending mental, emotional, and physical health strategies.
Today, I work independently, offering my clients personalized support and flexibility tailored to their needs. Living in Beacon, NY, with my family, I enjoy immersing myself in activities that bring balance and joy—whether it’s reading, solving puzzles, traveling, or staying active.
If you’re ready to take the next step in your journey, I’m here to walk alongside you. Together, we can create meaningful change and growth.
